All orders are sent on to our order processing team within 24 hours of the order being placed. This team usually then take from between 7 - 14 working days to process, manufacture and dispatch your shipment. Please note: during busier periods and public holidays order processing, manufacturing and dispatch times can sometimes take a little longer.

For orders under £200 we charge a flat rate standard delivery fee of £9.99 per order. For express delivery we charge a flat rate delivery fee of £15.99 per order.
We offer a 28 day return policy. To be eligible for a return items must be returned and received back at our warehouse within 28 days from the point of sale. Please be aware: we do not accept the return of customised item(s).
