Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are sent on to our order processing team within 24 hours of the order being placed. This team usually then take from between 7 - 14 working days to process, manufacture and dispatch your shipment. Please note: during busier periods and public holidays order processing, manufacturing and dispatch times can sometimes take a little longer.
DELIVERY TIME
Once we have completed the processing stage of your order and dispatched your item(s), standard delivery on average takes from between 3 - 5 working days to arrive to you while express delivery takes from between 1 - 3 working days to arrive to you. Please be aware that in very rare cases factors out of our control such as bad weather, high postal traffic, import and customs delays and the performance of delivery companies can sometimes extend delivery times to between 14 - 28 working days. For your comfort and security we ship all orders with a fully trackable delivery service and forward tracking details to you upon the dispatch of your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
MyCustomWorkwear.com offer free standard delivery on all orders over £200. For orders under £200 we charge a flat rate standard delivery fee of £9.99 per order. For express delivery we charge a flat rate delivery fee of £15.99 per order. Shipping upgrades where available can be purchased in the ‘shipping’ section on cart page when completing your purchase.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer an international shipping service to addresses outside of the United Kingdom. This is something we are working on and hopefully will be able to offer in the not so distant future. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
SHIPPING PROVIDERS
MyCustomWorkwear.com use a wide range of trusted shipping providers to fulfil orders. Most items are handled and delivered by Royal Mail however we use a range of couriers including but not limited to; UPS, DHL, MyHermes, XDP, Yodel, Collect+, BlueCare Express, TNT, ePacket, Zinc, DPD, USPS. Please be aware that order(s) can arrive from any of these listed couriers and possibly additional providers not listed above.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped with a fully trackable delivery service. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been successfully dispatched. Please be aware; if your tracking information shows receipt of delivery but you claim your order has not arrived you must contact the relevant delivery provider directly for further information. MyCustomWorkwear.com cannot be held responsible for any alleged 'missing' item that has been marked as delivered by the delivery provider.
If you have lost your tracking information email and would like to track your shipment please get in contact with our customer service team who will be able to provide you with your order tracking details.
IMPORTANT IMFORMATION
It is very important that you provide us with the correct postage address and zip / postal code. MyCustomWorkwear.com unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any loss of items due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided. Please remember the address you enter at checkout is what's printed on your shipping label so make sure its correct! As soon as you’ve placed your order please then check your confirmation email, if you notice any errors or missing information contact us immediately and we will attempt to make amendments. However if we have already processed and / or dispatched your order we are unfortunately unable to make any further address amendments. Please note: for businesses address the business name must be supplied.
All items are dispatched within the agreed handling time and with the agreed shipping service. We aim to deliver items within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at the point of sale. Please be aware that factors such as bad weather, high postal traffic, import and customs delays and the performance of delivery companies are all out of our control and can affect the delivery time of your order. MyCustomWorkwear.com cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the above listed circumstances.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our own warehouse, a trusted third party supplier or a fulfilment centre. Trusted third party suppliers & fulfilment centres are occasionally used at busier periods to ensure we meet our contractual requirements in fulfilling your order within the agreed timeframe. Please be aware; if we are required to use a trusted third party supplier and / or a fulfilment centre to fulfil an order there may be third party branding in or on the shipment packaging, if this is likely to offend please refrain from ordering. Depending on stock levels we may dispatch multiple items within the same order individually, please be aware these items may be delivered at different times by different couriers.
